What types of events do you host?
We host weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, private celebrations, dances, community gatherings, book signings, markets, speaking events, and other curated experiences at our Tucson event venues.
What is the venue capacity?
Savoy can accommodate 50–350 guests for dinner and dancing, and up to 500 guests for cocktail-style or dancing-focused events.
What is included in the rental fee?
Site fees start at $1,400 and include 5 hours of event time, tables, chairs, tableware, linens, and standard setup and breakdown services.
Can we schedule a venue tour?
Absolutely. We encourage clients to tour the space in person to experience the atmosphere and explore layout possibilities.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. You are welcome to bring in your own florist, DJ, entertainment, photographer, and specialty vendors.
Do you provide catering and bar services?
Yes. Food and bar services are provided exclusively through Savoy for the simplicity and convenience of our guests. Specialty dessert vendors and unique food experiences are welcome.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Outside alcohol is not permitted, but Savoy offers a full-service bar and may be able to accommodate favorite specialty drinks.
Does the venue include a dance floor and stage?
Yes. Savoy features Tucson’s largest permanent dance floor and a full-size stage for DJs, live bands, and performances.
Are there decoration restrictions?
Yes. Confetti, glitter, and cold sparklers are not permitted inside the venue.
Is parking available?
Yes. Savoy offers private parking, including accommodations for buses and group transportation.
Can we customize the event layout and experience?
Absolutely. The venue is designed for flexibility and can adapt to themed events, creative layouts, and personalized experiences.
Do you offer room-only rentals?
In most cases, Savoy does not offer space-only rentals, but depending on the event details and date, there may be flexibility.
